Pharrell Williams is back after he took co-ownership of the G- star Raw brand back in February.
At the forefront of the latest denim designs are eco-conscious threads made from recycled plastics retrieved from the seas, an initiative forming part of the “RAW for the Oceans” campaign.
Williams is himself featured in the new collection’s family portrait which shows off a cool range of denim wear for both men and women that is more refined and less edgy compared to G-Star’s past work.
Currently there’s plans for Williams to expand the denim range into jumpsuits and deconstructed women’s blazers as well as less conventional concept garments including teepee and jockey uniforms.
Punters can expect more experimental threads from the Pharrell team as the seasons roll on.
