In a statement released, the latest designer collaboration will see the French fashion house produce fall capsule collection. Kenzo’s creative directors Carol Lim and Humberto Leon will release the collection in select H&M stores around the world as well as online starting November 3 this year.
Now, a lot of questions have whirled the net after they released the news, what could we really expect from this collaboration, though? Here’s our wild guesses!
THE COLLECTION WILL VIBRANTLY BOAST OFF COLOURS AND PRINTS! OBVIOUSLY!
Kenzo is very well-known with their colourful collection and we are expecting to translate that in this collaboration
ANIMAL PRINTS WILL DOMINATE THE COLLECTION ACCENTUATED WITH EYE-TEASING HUES.
The teaser video is a peep inside an aquarium with tremendous prints and glowing hues. This, in relation to their usual aesthetics made us want to exclusively see what ‘s in store for us this November.
A LOT OF ACCESSORIES
Kenzo’s seasonal collection, just like any other brand, wouldn’t be complete without these accentuating pieces. So yup, we are expecting a lot of wrist watches, socks, wallets, clutches, Phone cases and bags!
THE ASIAN FACE WHO’LL BANNER THE COLLECTION
Just like Balmain fronted by Kendall, Gigi and Jourdan, we couldn’t wait to see the face to represent the collection. Kenzo is known in bringing Asian visage in most of their campaign, so we’d love to see who’s the lucky Asian to be included in the collaboration roster.
THE AESTHETICS AND OVER-ALL THEME OF THE COLLECTION
Wang made use of Athleisure as their strong point when they did the collaboration, Rousteing brought an army clad in gold and shimmering pieces when they presented their collection and texture matched with classy cuts were brandished during the Lanvin. Now, we cannot wait to see the over-all aesthetics and theme of this collection!
