Korean Dramas has been part of our daily lives since 2003, which started with Bright Girl, Autumn in my Heart, and Lovers in Paris. Since then we have been accustomed to light-hearted, the no-frills yet creative storyline of Korean drama shows.

Now that we are still on quarantine and with the recent shutdown of ABS-CBN, more and more people are turning their backs and using video streaming applications like Netflix to be entertained. Good thing, these streaming services now carry Korean shows that people would love to watch.

The drama hit 10% on its tenth episode and maintained a double-digit viewership until the finale. Its highest rating stands at 14.4%.

It hit the headlines during its broadcast for its record viewership that set a new benchmark for cable drama ratings, achieving a peak rating of 18.8%.

The drama achieved a peak rating of 18.1% and became the top Korean drama in 2018 (beating 70 others) as far as the relative viewership performance is concerned. It is Sky Castle‘s biggest rival in the 55th Baeksang Arts Awards.
