HERE’S A 3-STEP GUIDE ESSENTIAL TO YOUR SUMMER SKINCARE ROUTINE

Summer is upon us and while we’re at it preparing for all the summer travels we have in mind, now that those travel restrictions have put to ease,  it is also important to transition our skincare routine for the warmer months to come.

Aside from infusing SPF into our usual regimen, there are a few more things to consider to achieve beautiful moisturized and glowing skin. Keep reading as we dish out a specially crated 3-step guide for your go-to summer skincare routine.  You are most certainly welcome.

Step 1: Start with a clean base

Always remember to use a cleanser in the morning and evening that’s light and absolutely a treat not just for the skin, but also for the senses.

Take for example the Rêve de Miel Face Cleansing & Make-Up Removing Gel is a face cleansing and make-up removing gel infused with honey and sunflower. It gently cleanses, soothes, and removes make-up in a single step.

For that pure and ultra pampering moment, use the Rêve de Miel Face & Body Ultra-Rich Cleansing Gel that’s also infused with honey and sunflower. Its texture is thicker and deliciously honeyed for daily use on dry and sensitive skin while maintaining the hydrolipidic film.

Step 2: Hydration is key!

This is a no-fail tip. No matter the season, moisturizing your face, body, and hair is a must. Make use of a product that/s packed with botanical oils and organic ingredients that will surely give you long-lasting hydration, just like the Huile Prodigieuse® Beauty Dry Oil. This product also consists of an anti-pollution shield effect, and now in a limited edition bottle, perfect for girls on-the-go.

Here’s an additional tip: On the face, apply using smoothing strokes, working from the center of the face toward the contours. It can be used on its own or by mixing a few drops on the palm of your hand with your favorite Nuxe cream.

On your body, massage into desired areas and over stretch marks using circular movements.

On your hair, it can be used as a hair oil on the lengths and ends as often as required. For an intense treatment, apply once or twice a week as a mask for 10 minutes before shampooing your hair.

Step 3: Protect your skin at all costs

The last and don’t-leave-home-without-it step: wear sunscreen no matter what. This step is so essential but often neglected, so you better be sure to make this your priority.

Here’s a beauty tip for everyone,  always apply the product liberally over your entire face, avoiding contact with the eyes, 30 minutes before going out in the sun. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming or towel-drying. Applying an insufficient amount of product will significantly reduce the level of sun protection.

For more nourished and well-protected lips, apply the Rêve de Miel® Ultra-Nourishing Lip Balm that combines honey, botanical oils, and propolis, a rare and precious bee hive ingredient. The melting texture and grapefruit scent make it a must-have to take everywhere you go.
