LISTEN TO LADY GAGA’S COLLABORATION SINGLE WITH ARIANA GRANDE “RAIN ON ME”

 

After teasing fans all over the world, the Lady Gaga and Ariana Grande collaboration song finally hit Spotify and Youtube.

The second song from the Chromatica album entitled Rain On Me may have been released ahead of the album’s delayed May 29 launch, but fans weren’t complaining. After all, they’ve waited for this after several mishaps that involve the first single Stupid Love leaked, Postponement of the album launch die to the pandemic and even the leaked legal papers of Lady Gaga.

Ahead of its release, Gaga talked to Apple Music about the behind of the scenes of the collaboration years in the making. “It was just awesome to watch her. You haven’t seen the video yet, but she was so open to trying things that she hasn’t done before,” she said of Ariana Grande.

Gaga also shares the back story behind her latest single, “This is about an analog of tears being the rain. And you know what it’s also a metaphor for, is the amount of drinking that I was doing to numb myself. I’d rather be dry. I’d rather not be drinking, but I haven’t died yet. I’m still alive. Rain on me. Okay, I’m going to keep on drinking. This song has many layers.”
