Conde Nast just named Siargao as the best Island in the world. The verdict was made by readers of international luxury magazine Conde Nast Traveler, who also naturally deemed the destination as the best island in Asia. With over 429,000 voters weighing in on the decision for the magazine’s 2018 Readers’ Choice Awards, it’s hard to contest Siargao’s impressive new title.

Joining the best island list are the dramatic peaks of Bora Bora in French Polynesia, the multiple blue stunning waters of Greece and the Seven Mile Beach in Cayman Islands. Not only this, to add to our streak of Pinoy Pride, Boracay, and Palawan were also voted as the second and third best islands in Asia, respectively just after Siargao.

Siargao is well known for being a good surfing spot in the Philippines, but apart from that there are several more and cant-be-missed reasons why you need to visit Siargao and plan your next visit to the Island.
