MODEL FEATURE: HAGEN RICHTER

Instagram is a treasure trove that may introduce us to several brands, restaurants, places, and even influencers and endorsers worth knowing for. Take for example Hagen Richter, a 23-year-old content creator, social media influencer, and model, based in Dusseldorf Germany.

With his arresting physique and fine visage, Hagen is more than meets the eye who knows more than enough to flourish in his career. Modeling opportunities and shooting requests came in after Hagen was discovered in a train station by a professional fashion photographer based in Germany. Hagen’s journey to the limelight wasn’t a walk in the park, it takes a lot of rejections, courage, and discipline to achieve where he is right now, ” I really wat5ch my health and diet, especially in this kind of dog eat dog industry. There are a lot of good looking models out there and you have to have the right attitude and disposition to ace your plans,” he shares.

With his almost 400k followers on Instagram and his current achievements in Germany, Hagen keeps his feet on the ground and stays humble. He had learned that using Social media is the best tool and views it as the “future” especially with the current situation of COVID-19 Pandemic, “I have just started my own management agency and a Social Media Marketing and PR Consultant Agency here in Germany. I believe that Social Media is the future, hence we need to make the most out of it and use it properly,” he quips. “I’d like to think that in five years I will be a well-known expert in Social Media and have a  Hagen Richter Brand. I will manage younger Influencers and work as a Consultant for Social media Marketing here in my country,” he added.

As others see modeling as an easy gateway to fame which won’t require the talent brains, but rather just good looks only. Hagen reiterates that this misconception must be changed “These people who view our job in that light have no knowledge about our work. There are thousands of good looking men which think it is very easy to be a model because you just wear clothes, pose for the camera and smile– but it is not: you need to invest time and money in your mind and body, you have always to sell yourself, you need to have the right supporters. There are only  150 – 200 successful men models in the world that can live from their modeling income and in order for you to be part of that you have to have the proper way of thinking.” he shares.

First, you just go to school and start learning. Do modeling and Influencer marketing in your free time. For me, education is very important, so it pays to invest in your mind. You may or may not achieve success in the modeling/ influencer industry, but if you have the proper education as ammunition you will be okay in the future.

Kindly share your message to your fans.

Thank you for following and supporting me all throughout. COVID-19 is teaching us a thing or two, trust in the process, and I believe that will go in a better future altogether.
