After a teaser photo wearing a fuchsia pink ensemble layered with a long puffer coat. Chanel has finally released its full “Coco Neige” campaign starring BLACKPINK’s Jennie.
Lensed by the legendary photographer duo Inez and Vinoodh. The Korean pop idol wears the fashion house’s winter sports items which include a jacket adorned with the double-C logo, a ski suit, a padded down jacket, and wool cardigans.
“I find it amazing to see how Virginie Viard brought elegance into ski wear,” Jennie speaks of the collection.
The looks are accessorized with the brand’s CC body chains and a bold necklace, fiercely accentuated by Jennie’s edge, attitude, and impeccable sense of style to highlight both the playful and functional aspects of this cult-favorite line.
“Just hearing about being able to join the ‘Coco Neige’ collection was like a dream,” the musician shared her excitement during the campaign shoot. “I love to go out in the snow, doing winter sports. I really like how snow just makes you feel. Wearing these clothes makes me feel like I’m ready to ski tomorrow,” she added.
The 2021/22 “Coco Neige” range arrives in Chanel’s boutiques on October 19.
