You must be craving for a hearty cup of Taho these days.
Now that we are on ECQ, we cannot deny the fact that we cannot see our friendly Taho vendor much often.
Taho is a Philippine snack food made of fresh soft/silken tofu or bean curd with mini tapioca pearls and sweet caramelized sugar syrup. It is an iconic and ubiquitous street hawker food that remains popular to this day.
This staple comfort food is a signature sweet and can be found all over the country. Its origins can be traced in Chinese influences and have since become a mainstream favorite for generations.
Packed with Vitamins and enriched with minerals, Taho is a good Fountain of youth. It can exert antioxidant effects, directly or indirectly. Thus, healthy consumption of taho can aid in preventing pre-mature aging and can also increase bone density in female spines.

Each tub includes 2.5 liters of either hot or chilled taho (depending on your preference), 350 grams of syrup, and 350 grams of sago.
You may opt to add tapioca pearls for only Php 80 or original syrup for Php 60. They also offer Strawberry flavored syrup, just like the ones in Baguio or Chocolate flavored syrup for extra richness both for only Php 100.
