Located in Pasay along the street of FB Harrison you’ll find My Mother’s Garden. A silent sanctuary that will take you away from the busy streets of the Metro. It was designed by National Artist Pablo Antonio.

One must try their Chorizo Pasta and their all-famed Mustard Chicken if you want a pure gastronomic experience.

Turn Japanese with this Restaurant situated in Greenbelt 5. Kai means “gathering” in Japanese. They also serve good fusion dishes which are good enough to satisfy your cravings. One must try their Wasabi Oysters Tempura with Balsamic Dynamite and Portobello Mushroom Confit Salad with Maple Ponzu Vinaigrette. Oh, before we forget, you must also try their 10-course Wagyu degustation menu.

Basil Thai Restaurant located in White plains was once a secret nook for foodies that serves authentic Thai cuisine.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to celebrate and treat your Mom, you may opt to have this place. One of Basil’s finest offering is their Tom Yum which one must try if they are really looking for a good Thai treat, or try their Spicy Wagyu Beef Short Ribs and Crispy Garlic and Pepper Pork Chops.

 

MR. KUROSAWA

Mr. Kurosawa is a European-Japanese dining concept inspired by one of Japan’s most influential filmmakers in cinema history, the late Akira Kurosawa.

Serve your mom real good sushi, maki and Euro-Japanese fusion cuisine this Mother’s Day or go extreme with their serving twist for diners like their famous Tempura souffles, Japaella and Gyoza fondue.

Mr. Kurosawa is located in Newport Mall and in Eastwood.

For those people situated in the East and thought of not driving that fasr, you can go ahead and treat your Mom in House of Wagyu, a fine dining restaurant that specializes in graded Wagyu steaks imported from Australia to be cooked on hot stone grills.

South people or for those located in the west or Central can enjoy this offering for they also have branches in Podium, Greenhills and Manila Bay.

This Mother’s Day they will treat Moms by slashing off 35% in all of their Ultra Premium Wagyu and that’s not it, it will also come with a soup, salad and desert with no extra charge. How’s that for a fine dining treat, huh?

You’ve probably seen their branch in Greenbelt or walk past though their nook in Serendra, but for food lovers out there, one cannot pass the thought of Sentro 1771’s homegrown cuisine.

Sentro is a Filipino restaurant that infuses passion and tradition with a twist! Absolutely, you must treat your mom a serving of their own take on Sinigang, which made them famous called Sinigang na Corned beef, or go full swing with their Escabeche and Pritchon!

This Mother’s Day, Sentro will give our complimentary butter cookies, baked especially for her.

 

DONG JUAN

Dong Juan is one of the old houses turned into Restaurant and is owned by the descendants of Severino Reyes, or mostly known as Lola Basyang. The place has a nice cozy ambiance without brandishing that you are inside an old structure. Each part of the restaurant gives off different feel that you’ll surely like.

One of the best offering from Dong Juan is their big salivating serving of Ribs Steak that will only cost you 249 bucks!

For sure, you wouldn’t mind paying extra if the serving and place is that good!

LA COCINA DE TITA MONING

Established way back in 1937, located inside Malacanang and is one of the very first art deco structures in Manila. The place will serve you a real blast from the past experience with their old fixtures display that you wouldn’t see anywhere. A cozy sanctuary for foodies to treat their Moms if they are looking for a peaceful place away from the usual restaurant vicinity in the Metro.

La Cocina de Tita Moning can guarantee you that even though their menu doesnt have so many food offerings compared to other restaurants, they only serve the best of the best from their kitchen to your tummy!
