HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN DO TO DUPLICATE FACEBOOK ACCOUNTS

On Sunday, Facebook probed an investigation after receiving complaints from several Filipino users who have reported incidents of duplicate, dummy accounts.

In an article, Facebook shared that they are encouraging people to report any accounts they believe may be inauthentic through their easy-to-use reporting tools. The company also added that it has invested millions of dollars and deploys sophisticated technology to proactively identify and remove fake accounts from Facebook.

Technology may seem friendly from the outside but it is also a breeding ground for perpetrators and fraudulent scammers if not used responsibly.
