THIS INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT REIMAGINED CLASSIC PINOY ALBUM COVERS

With everyone now having their own Spotify accounts, for music artists cover art is important in representing a singer or band’s image and sound.

I stumbled upon this Instagram account called The Wrong Bootleg, which features reimagined designs of classic pinoy albums that we all love. The Instagram account gives us a refreshing take on previously released albums of singers and bands that we consider a “legend” or artists that will forever be part of our playlist.

In the account you’ll discover awe-inspiring, eye-catching layouts of the past music covers of Rey Valera, Rico J. Puno, Jolina Magdangal (Yep, in her “Chuva-Chuchu” phase), Orange And Lemons, Eraserheads and yes, the iconic Sexbomb Girls.

Here are some of the reimagined album covers:

Orange and Lemons’ “Strike Whilst The Iron Is Hot” album

Jolina Magdangal’s 1999 album

Chromatica-inspired art for Sexbomb Girls album
