Let us give Steve Harvey a second chance, after all everybody deserve one.
He might have opened the week with a tough bout, after the wrong winner announcement in the Miss Universe pageant where he announced Miss Colombia as the winner and tried to apologize over twitter and spelled both nations’ name wrong on the first go-around, he’d gone from a well meaning host to a laughing stock.
But as we said, if there is one thing that we can learn from this guy, that is to own and correct your mistake. Sure, it’s a hard task to do, but being honest and sorry for the mistake that you’ve done is perfectly understandable. even if it takes thousands of memes and funny videos.
Last night ET Online revealed that not only will Harvey host the 2016 Miss Universe pageant in Belize, but that he’s been signed for a multi-year contract just prior to the event — anywhere from three to seven years, according to their source.
What’s more, WME/IMG, the media company that bought the rights to the Miss Universe pageant from Donald Trump and which also reps Harvey, is perfectly happy with how their host performed overall.
Hope given this second chance, Harvey performs extra careful. We can’t wait to see him bounce and get bask to doing what he does best.
