CHERRY BLOSSOMS GUIDE IN EXPLORING JAPAN THIS 2017

One of Japan’s most coveted natural occurrences is their Hanami season. A lot would go flying to visit Japan and experience Hanami or the Cherry Blossoms season.

We have served you a list of best Hanami spots in Osaka, Nara and Kobe last 2015, and this year, we are going to roll out the bloom forecast in order for you to plot out your visit well.

The cherry blossom viewing season has already begun in some other parts of Japan. In most cases the bloom season starts at the Southern regions of Okinawa, and shall move upwards, towards prefectures in Japan’s higher elevation like Hokkaido in the coming months.

OKINAWA JAPAN

Schedule: Mid-January to mid –February

Best bloom spot: Nago Chuop Park, Nakijin Castle, Yogi Park, Sakura No Mori Forest Park

Okinawa is considered to have the earliest bloom among other parts of Japan. Tourists and locals alike visit Okinawa to experience Motobu Yaedake Cherry Blossoms Festival, which boasts off almost 7,000 beautiful cherry blossom trees.
