You must be caught up from binge-watching Korean Drama series on Netflix. Don’t worry, everyone is.
Now that all of us are uncertain whether ECQ will be extended for yet another 15 days or not. It is agreeable that you’ll end up cradling your mobile phone or tablet to watch your favorite Korean Drama series on Netflix or Viu to be entertained while stuck at home.
However, if you wanna take a break from an hour and a half long episode of your favorite Kdrama like Crash Landing On you, A World of Married Couple or Itaewon Class, and if you loved Train to Busan and Parasite, you may want to check out these South Korean films that you’ll surely enjoy.
Okja (Drama)
Starring Tilda Swinton as the main villain of this Netflix original movie and directed by Bong Joon-ho. This drama follows a young Mija who has been raising a genetically modified super pig, Okja, for the past 10 years, as she sets out on a rescue mission when a greedy multi-national corporation eventually takes Okja for their acquisitive intentions.
Along With The Gods: The Two Worlds (Action)
The films offer viewers a great mix of thriller, fantasy, action, and drama to pull you into a cinematic experience like no other. It follows the story of three grim reapers as they escort a man to the afterlife and will decide his fate based on what he had done when he was alive.
The first two films in the Along with the Gods film series are some of the most viewed South Korean films in history, with two more films in production.
Lucid Dream (Sci-fi, Thriller)
In an attempt to locate the whereabouts of his son who was abducted three years ago, Dae-ho uses the techniques of Lucid Dreaming to recollect the memories of the incident.
Forgotten (Mystery, Thriller)

This film directed by Jang Hang-jun tells the story of Jin-Seok who chases the truth behind the mysterious kidnapping case of his brother.
10. Svaha (Horror, Thriller)
If you’re into suspense thriller film, Svaha is the one for you. It follows the story of a police captain who suspects that a murderer may belong to a mysterious cult called ‘Deer Mount’ with mysterious origins and suspicions of a murder case.
